Whinnybank News

A couple of weeks ago Sue was running very low on cat food so an appeal was put on our Facebook page. Sue wishes to thank the many kind people (too many to mention) who sent donations of cat food through our Amazon Wishlist. Thanks also go to Nicky Beaton from Missing Pets Dundee & Angus for organizing a large donation of cat food. People are so desperate for cats right now that they are often not reading the descriptions online properly. We always give as much info as we have about each cat so, for example, if we say a cat needs a garden they will not be suitable as a house cat. Also, if there are no cats listed we do not have any ready to be homed yet. Of course there are 150 permanent resident cats at Whinnybank who are not suitable for a domestic environment.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at
