Whinnybank News

One of Sue’s dogs had to be put to rest at the weekend – she had had Barney since he was 10 months old and he lived for 13 years despite being diabetic – RIP Barney. Sue thanks the Beard family, her farming neighbours, for digging the frozen ground for his final resting place. Sue still has Maggie, who is missing Barney, she is 12 years old and still going strong. Thanks go to Claire the vet for her donation of bric-a-brac from her Samaritans coffee morning; to the kind lady who handed in knitted scarves & hats; and to Linda Nielson for finding homes for the last of the kittens.
