AMELIE

Amelie is Female turned 9 in Spring 2026

Amelie is a very specific kind of cat, she was a rescue kitten was found on her own under a vending machine!  so she has clearly missed out on some parenting that she needed. Such as she doesn’t bury her poo in the litter tray, she uses the tray fine but doesn’t bury it which can get smelly and frustrating, but she’s nearly always had outside access so I’ve not found it much of an issue. If she does toilet outside, she has a tendency to dig up the garden and poo there. She doesn’t have the ‘don’t poo in your own garden’ mentality like most cats! She’s not a huge a lap cat, but she likes affection like strokes/a brush every now and again. She’s a fidget actually always pushing your hand for more strokes. I would say she needs outside space near no main roads, and would prefer either older kids or no kids. Definitely not dogs! She’d be happy to be an only cat or live with other cats.
