Whinnybank News

Sue at Whinnybank Cat Sanctuary is very upset that some kids in Auchtermuchty think it is great fun to throw roadwork signs and any other signs they can get their mitts on, including our fundraising sign at the bottom of the High Street, into the burn. We have a sign there for a very good reason – passing drivers/passengers spot it and it has brought in many new customers who love our fundraising shop and say they will return. The funds raised go towards our vet bills and essential food for our many homeless cats at the Sanctuary. You have had your fun so please leave our sign alone! We have had to waste crucial funds to get the sign repaired. Sadly, some of these youths will have cats at home and should really know better.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/whinnybank and www.whinnybank.org.uk
