Whinnybank News

You may already know that Sue’s cat bank account has sadly been subjected to fraudulent activity by persons unknown – this is now being investigated by the fraud squad. As a result, the account has now been closed & we will miss out on a lot of the donations we usually receive at this time of year. Thankfully all the money lost through the fraud has been refunded to Sue and the bank is still accepting cheques made out to “Sue Hancock Cat Rescue Account” If you wish to donate you can also drop cash off at our shops in Newburgh and Auchtermuchty or, if you prefer, donate food through our Amazon wishlist. If you have any concerns please call Sue. A new account will be set up in the new year, along with a PayPal account , which may be more secure. Thanks so much to everyone who has supported Whinnybank over the past year, which has been more difficult than usual with so many more cats needing homes. We are so proud of all our volunteers, donors and customers for helping us through these hard times. We wish everyone a happy and safe festive season and all the best for 2022.
