Whinnybank News

Sue is being kept very busy with fundraising in Dundee, Tayport and in our Newburgh shop. She is pleased to report that our shop in Newburgh is very busy – people do miss the Auchtermuchty shop, but many are getting through to Newburgh to buy their goodies. Sue is trying to reduce some of her workload up at Whinnybank by re-homing some of her ducks. She has 8 adult Muscovy ducks and is expecting one brood of ducklings – both the adults and the ducklings will be in need of new homes soon. If anyone is interested in offering a home to 2 or more of the adults, plus ducklings if you wish please call Sue – but not until after the 4th of May please as she is having a wee break with her family down south. You need to know that Muscovy ducks do fly so they will need a wing clipping in the spring each year – Sue can show you what to do. Many thanks go to everyone who has donated knitting wool and cat food recently. We would appreciate any donations of newspapers please as we use them for all sorts of jobs at Whinnybank.
