Whinnybank News

Update re cat flu – we have not lost any more cats to the flu and all those who were ill are now well and have gone to their new homes. We are aware of a story going round saying that we have a new outbreak but this is not true. We are down to only 3 cats at the Sanctuary in need of homes. We are managing to re-home a lot of cats online from their current homes, which  means they do not have to suffer the cold of the barn at Whinnybank. We have 4 lovely young cats who are being cared by our fosterers – if you are interested please call Kitten Linda on 01382 330457.

Even though we say all over our website and FB page that we do not home kittens for Christmas, people are still asking. We will not be homing any kittens until mid January (if there are any available). Sue and helpers will be in the Murraygate in Dundee on 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20  of December with lots of Christmas stuff – including our famous catnip mice and octopuses! Big thanks go to everyone for their continuing donations of cat food, including through our food collection box in Sainsburys in Leven.
