Microchipping your cats

The microchip should be registered or updated by the owner. We are finding a lot of people seem to think their vets do this but they don’t. They will chip your cat but then it’s up to you to register your cat’s details. We have had a few cats come into the Sanctuary that are not registered and it’s a shame as the owners of the cat would be found quicker. So please when you get your cat chipped please register the details. It’s only a phone call and can save a lot of heart break. Please check your paperwork to ensure that your cat is registered.
