Whinnybank News

We had an elderly cat come in from Glasgow on Sunday – none of the other rescues would take her as she is in her teens. She is called Jeanie and is lined up to have a health check with vet Heather as she has not been to a vet for years. She is currently with our new fosterer Brenda in Lindores, who has opened up her cottage to help us with fostering. An update on the 5 semi-feral boys, now called the “Band of Brothers”, who came from Glasgow 3-4 weeks ago – they have settled in well and now have a happy home for life together at Whinnybank. Ten-year-old Tiger, who we homed recently, is very happy in her new home. We are looking forward to warmer weather so we can get back to fundraising at the car boot sales. Sue is finding it difficult to find tinned Whiskas cat food – the cats love it so if anyone local finds any it would be much appreciated.
