Whinnybank News
Sue has experienced many rescues in her lifetime and one day, when she has time (LOL), she would like to put it all in a book. The latest one was on farmland at the back of Strathmiglo – 3 kittens were found in different locations, only 6 weeks old and fairly tame. We know the mother is black and white, the father pure white. Some people suggest they may have been dumped (no way – have you seen the price of puppies and kittens on Gumtree!) Did something happen to the Mum and the kittens went looking for her? How have they survived predators and the recent bad weather? We wonder if there are any more siblings out there. If anyone has any information on the 2 adult cats please call Sue – are they owned or is someone in Strathmiglo feeding them? Many thanks go to Jill for climbing up the railway embankment to save the third kitten who was very stressed sitting on top of a fence post!
