Whinnybank News

Thank you to the kind people who follow us on our Facebook page and came to see us in Dundee and St Andrews. The weather on Friday 11th November prevented us from being in Dundee with the high risk of the bridge being closed and rain expected from 2pm. Dundee Council have let us fundraise on the Murraygate for many years. Because it is a pedestrian area we have to unload by 11am and cannot return with our van until 4pm. St Andrews was not planned but seeing as our van was loaded and it was a gorgeous day we did the Saturday there. There were lots of people about and we did very well. Weather permitting, we will be back in Dundee on the 24th and 25th of November – with Linda’s catnip mice! Thanks go to Sarah Wallder for raising £300 and paying it into our account at Wilson’s vets.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/whinnybank and www.whinnybank.org.uk
