Whinnybank News

An elderly black tom cat with flecks of grey in his coat has gone missing from Whinnybank after a few weeks being there. It won’t be possible to pick him up so if you see him please give him some food & call Sue on 01337 840414. Has anyone got a caravan they no longer want? The one in the paddock at Whinnybank is no longer winter-proof so Sue would be very grateful for a replacement. Barry, a young man from Dundee who Sue is training up to do feral trapping, spotted some feral kittens near where he lives. He managed to trap the mum & kittens & is caring for them in his shed. Thanks go to Danielle, a young lady Sue met when sorting out their feral colony, who had a full day of helping Sue out with some of the dirtier jobs at Whinnybank – sorting bric-a-brac, getting rid of rubbish, cleaning cat trays etc. Thanks also to Abbotsford Care Home for their donation of books & bric-a-brac.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
