Whinnybank News

Late Saturday, & again on Sunday, people called by on the off chance that Sue was at home – but with feral cats to trap, 2 shops to keep in check, jam to make (which cannot be just left on the stove), daily visits to the vet, fundraising etc, etc, would people please ring before they visit to avoid disappointment. The feral mum of the 5 kittens from Lochgelly was neutered this week – she will have a forever home at Whinnybank. Good news – Sue finally has some builders coming to fix the barn roof, so the cats can look forward to a dry barn for the winter! Many thanks to Jean & Tony Riley for dropping off bags of wood for our wood burners; and thanks to Gwen Nelson for a lovely visit last Sunday armed with goodies & booze for our Raffle.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
