WHINNYBANK CAT SANCTUARY

WHINNYBANK CAT SANCTUARY

Sue received a phone call at about 2am last Saturday morning – a young lad walking home from work saw a pure white cat put out of a car, the cat came to him & followed him home. Sue thought it might be a hoax but she investigated & it turned out to be true. She couldn’t pick up the cat until late Saturday morning – by then he had asked his dad if he could keep it if it wasn’t claimed. So, Sue dropped off cat litter, tray & food & checked the cat over – she is about 8 months old & could be in the early stages of pregnancy. Sue will make sure she gets to the vet next week. Thanks go to Marion & Joan of Cupar for items to sell in our shops, pennies for cat food &, best of all, Bramley apples the size of teaplates! One fell on Marion’s arm – Sue hopes it isn’t too sore! Thanks also to the Bowling Club for their donation of bric-a-brac.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
