Whinnybank News

George, the deaf white cat featured in the news last week has found a new home in super-fast time 🙂 Sue thanks everyone who has sent in donations to help towards the cost of the barn roof. Sophie & Ian, who have been faithful supporters of Whinnybank for 8 years or more, are moving to Germany – Sue is really going to miss them, especially Brutus the cat! Sue wishes them every happiness in their new life – although she does hope they will return one day!! We have a situation at our ‘Muchty shop – neighbours park their cars outside the shop & some people find it difficult to drop off donations for us – a lady this week said she wouldn’t come again because of the difficulty parking outside. It is affecting the shop’s takings & Sue is now thinking of closing down the ‘Muchty shop altogether, especially with winter on the horizon. Please remember that if you give Sue a call she can collect donated items.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
