Whinnybank News

It’s the peak of the year for unwanted pets – usually because people are being evicted. There is no more illness at Whinnybank so we are able to take in a few – all the other rescues are turning away pets as they simply don’t have the space. Good news is that we found a new home this week for a 15 year-old cat, who needed to be homed due to a change in home circumstances. Apologies for the shortage of eggs in our shops – the hens are all moulting just now, hopefully it won’t be long before they are all laying again. Big thanks go to Vicky Findlay & her team from “Original Walkies”, and also to John, Jasmine & Simon, for their generous donations – both donations will be a great help towards our vet bills.
