Whinnybank News

The dry weather brought a lot of hedgehogs into the barns to eat the cats’ meat & biscuits – Sue found them sleeping in the cats’ beds during the day! The recent rain has allowed them to go back to eating their usual diet of slugs, worms etc. So, hopefully they will leave until they are ready to hibernate in the winter. Sue & kitten fosterer Linda both worked hard over the past 6 weeks on a litter if kittens who had feline enteritis. Sadly they lost one but the other 5 are now well & happily homed J We still have 3 kiitens & their mum being fostered by John, Jasmine & Simon in Kirkcaldy – they will be ready for new homes in the next week.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
