Whinnybank News

Eleanor, who has volunteered in our Newburgh shop for over a year, has had to give up due to family commitments – Sue thanks her for all her help & wishes her all the best for the future. Congratulations go to Aaron, Sue’s grandson, for passing his driving theory test – Sue is looking forward to him being able to drive so he can help out with making collections & deliveries! Crumble, a fluffy grey & white 14 year old boy who had been at Whinnybank for 2 months, has landed on his paws & got a lovely new home this week. Sue was looking forward to an empty pen but Jasper has come in for a week while his owners are away. We had lots of items left outside our ‘Muchty shop on Sunday – dirty books, a filthy pram, broken heaters etc – none of which was sellable. This happens every week outside both our shop & wastes a lot of Sue’s time taking it all to the skips – time which could be spent on the cats 😦

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
