Whinnybank News

As expected, 5 elderly cats had to be picked up from Dundee this week – Poppy, an 8 year old, 8 kilo black male is already booked into a new home with a lovely elderly lady near Kincardine – so Sue will have another Sunday out delivering him. Betty Sutton, who adopted 2 of our cats a few months ago, held a bingo night in aid of Whinnybank – many thanks for the £235 raised. Thanks also go to Sarah Wallder for handing £100 into Wilson’s vets in Cupar for us. Linda is doing the Halloween window in our Newburgh shop this week – if you have any unwanted Halloween decorations or other items they would be much appreciated. Apologies for the lack of free range eggs recently – the hens are on a ‘go-slow’ just now as they are in need of a rest!

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
