Whinnybank News

Sue went to Thornton last week to trap the mother & kittens that had been spotted there – she was able to just pick up the tortie mum & put her into a carrier so she was obviously a domestic cat who had been dumped pregnant. She also manged to trap the 5 kittens in the kitten trap, one by one. They are 7 weeks old & we are hoping that, with a bit of tlc, they will tame up enough to be rehomed. Sue is on a mission to make some rhubarb jam so does anyone have any rhubarb going spare? Thanks go to the Friends of the Laing Museum for their donation of bric-a-brac & books.
