Whinnybank News

Sue has caught the domestic mum & 4 feral kittens reported under a shed in Methil last week – it only took her 2 hours to catch them all as the people had thankfully taken note not to feed them. She also managed to catch a stray tom who took ages to find! Once again she returned home to another call-out – this time to a mum & 3 kittens in St Andrews who she will catch this week. Hopefully the mum will be returned once she has been neutered. The female with the collar injury caught in Leven last week is not healing as well as we had hoped so she will have to have an operation & a number of stitches this week. Linda did a new window display in our Newburgh shop this week featuring lots of good quality knitting yarns – pure new wool, mohair, cotton etc & good labels including Jaegar & Sirdar. The display will only be on for 2 weeks as it will then be time for her to do our Xmas windows! Thanks go to Claire and to Sophie & Ian from St Andrews for their kind donations of lots of much-needed cat food.
