Whinnybank News

The recent cold weather has been a bit of a shock to the feral cats at Whinnybank – many have been congregating around the wood burners & some, who never usually come into the house, were brave enough to come into the warm of the lounge! They really enjoyed the ice on the pond – a group of 8 youngsters had a great time skating about on it!! Frances Rennie, who passed away 3 years ago, had a cat called Mintoe who Sue took on – sadly he had to be put to sleep recently due to kidney failure. We are currently inundated with kid’s books & are looking for community groups, play groups, youth clubs etc out there who would appreciate a donation of books from us. The only stipulation is that you would need to collect them from our shop at 100 High Street, Newburgh. If you are interested please email Linda at linda@didadesign.co.uk  Please feel free to pass this information onto anyone else you think may be interested.
