Whinnybank News

A 6 month old ginger boy called Keba came into Whinnybank due to a change in family circumstances – he was a complete joy but he missed his home so much that he cried & cried which was heartbreaking. Kate of Fingal’s Cattery came to the rescue & fostered him but this only lasted a few days as a neighbour fell in love with him & gave him a new home straight away! He now has 2 older sister cats & guinea pigs for friends so he is a very happy chap! Thanks Kate! Following the success of her Poppy window, Linda has decorated the Christmas window in the Newburgh shop – we don’t have any working lights though so if you have any to spare we would appreciate them. We are in need of more cat food – as the weather has turned colder the cats at the Sanctuary are eating more! Thanks for the donations of raffle prizes so far – please keep them coming.
