Whinnybank News

It is the Auchtermuchty Festival this weekend but for the first time ever there is no market, which is a real shame. Our shop has always done well in the past because of the market – this year Sue will not open on the Sunday, she will do a car boot sale instead. Sue is trying to locate the black & white feral mum cat & her 3 black & white kittens in Ladybank – if anyone spots them please let her know as she needs to set up a feeding station in order to trap them, which she needs to do ASAP if she is to prevent the creation of a feral colony! Once trapped, they will be neutered & live happy, healthy lives at Whinnybank. Our thoughts are with Hazel of Ceres as her husdand Ian & son Ken are back in hospital – we hope they are back home soon. Retired volunteer Jan Smart has also had a spell in hospital – we wish her well soon.

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html & www.whinnybank.org.uk
