Whinnybank News

Bruce & Wallace, 2 kittens who have been cared for by kitten fosterers Linda & Kevin since they were 7 weeks old, are now 5 months old & have landed on their feet at last as the fosterers have decided to keep them after they had been consistently overlooked. We seem to be coming to the end of kitten season at last so our fosterers can have a well-earned break! We had a sad email from a lady who adopted Clifford the ginger cat from Whinnybank some years ago – she was preparing to move house when Clifford died suddenly. She said “I can never express how grateful I am and how lucky I was to have had him all those years. He was my very best friend in all the world & I loved him more than I can say… I want to thank you so much for allowing him to be part of my life for so many years.” Sue thanks everyone who helped out last week which allowed her to have a lovely 70th Birthday! Thanks go to Adrian Rankine from Leslie for saving up his odd coppers for Sue; & to Newburgh United Reform Church for their donation of books & cds. We are in desperate need of cat food & Linda Naismith, who does the Newburgh shop windows, is needing artificial plants for a planned future window display

If you can offer a home to a cat, help at fundraising events, in our shops or at the sanctuary, please call Sue on 01337 840414, or see us online at www.catchat.org/adoption/fife.html
