Sue had a shock last Thursday – she had been out for a couple of hours & on her return found 2 cat carriers with cat belongings (but no food). When she looked closer she realised that whoever had dumped the cats had released them amongst the ferals, who do not like strange cats & would have possibly driven them off!! Sue remembers a phone call a week before from a desperate person trying to find someone to take their cats as their landlord threatened to kick them out if they didn’t get rid of them so maybe it was their cats? Much to her surprise Sue has seen one of the cats since Thursday but there is no sign of the other one. If only the people had left them in the carriers they would have been safely in a pen!! It just goes to show how desperate people are this year. We are now full to the rafters & can take in no more cats!! Molly, who used to foster for us, had her 90th Birthday party last week – her house was full of fellow cats lovers & family & we all had a lovely time! Big thanks to Maureen for her faithful donations of cat food & money.
