Whinnybank News

A grey female cat came in last week – Sue put her in the shed on her own as she was a lovely sweet cat until she saw other cats when she turned into a Tasmanian Devil! We discovered that she was microchipped & from Abernyte. The owner is overjoyed to have her back as she had been missing for 8 weeks – once more it highlights the fact that microchipping is essential.. A neighbour a few doors down had been trapping cats & dumping them – the police & the SSPCA were involved, they destroyed the trap he had been using. We wonder how many cats he has trapped before & hope that there will be consequences for him!! Thanks to Linda from Gauldry for doing such a great job re-homing the 7 ginger kittens – there is only 1 left!
