Despite the cold weather we are still continuing to home cats – 3 went to new homes last Sunday. We don’t have many domestics left but there are a couple of elderly cats who would be perfect for elderly couples so please give Sue a call if you fit the bill. We will now only be taking in emergencies until the spring, as the pens in the barn are not heated.

We are pleased to see Francis Rennie of Auchtermuchty back home after being ‘out of commission’ for 3 months – her cat Minto is over the moon to be back with her.

A very kind anonymous person handed in a blanket to our Muchty shop – they had cut it up into lots of small blankets and stitched round the edges and we really appreciate their effort as they are perfect as small blankets for the cats. Special thanks also go to coal man John Henderson for acting beyond the call of duty and making it up to us with a delivery – as we were down to our last bucket of coal we were very relieved to see him!!
