First of all, apologies for there being no news for the past couple of weeks – I write the news with the info Sue tells me but I have just opened a wee gift shop off the Bonnygate in Cupar and the past couple of weeks have been hectic to say the least – and with Sue’s usual hectic schedule we kept just missing each other! Hopefully, I will be able to do the news a few times before Christmas. Sue and Lisa have been particularly busy with feral colonies – in the past couple of weeks they have been to colonies in Crief, Pitlochry, Leven and Cupar to trap feral mums and their kittens.

There was a happy end to the story of an elderly cat found in Livingston – after 3 weeks the owner was eventually found and they are reunited at last. Thanks to Lyn Flanders for helping out with phoning all the vets in the area and sending out photos.

Thanks this week also go to Claire Swain for the delivery of duvets and a box of duvet covers – some will go into our shop and the rest will be made into cat beds to raise funds for Whinnybank. The beds seem to be very popular with pet owners and can be bought at the vets in Newburgh.
